Account Abilities

1. Master degree and 5 years related working experience of Procurement sourcing in multi-national company.

Experience
1. Knowledge and experience in Packaging materials preferred.
2. Knowledge and experience in FMCG company is a plus.

Technical Competencies:
1. 5 years related working experience in Procurement Sourcing in multi-national company.
2. Sourcing experience in FMCG Company with packaging materials is preferred.
3. Supplier qualification and negotiations skill.
4. Cross-functional team participation.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese and English).
6. Ability to balance multiple priorities.
7. Ability to work independently, create and implement processes.
8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
